Whether you know the Care industry as a Care user, worker, or supplier, or even just know one of these people, you’ll know just how important this sector is to the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in the UK alone. From providing a huge boost to the quality of life of users, to a deeply fulfilling career for thousands more, the industry is only growing in importance as we face the challenges of an ageing society.

That’s why we wanted to take a week at the start of 2023 to give Care workers a bigger voice to shout out about their roles and accomplishments, their work and their challenges, what gives them a sense of pride and fulfilment in their work.
