Care Hires August Software Update

Continuing our development of the Care Hires system, August 2022 brings new features to improve the ease of use for Providers and Agencies. These enhancements include:

Consolidated Invoicing

Currently, providers may receive several invoices for different services and Care Hires fees, giving several documents to review.

With the new system, all these can be consolidated onto a single invoice detailing all the information needed for job approvals. These weekly statements can then be downloaded in PDF or CSV format to be shared and approved according to your internal processes.

Agreement Editing Functionality

As business relationships evolve, so do the agreements that formalise them. The Care Hires system will now allow agreements to be edited, reviewed and approved, with signatories notified and changes logged. Only super-admin users can access this functionality to keep these critical documents as secure as possible.

Holiday Rates

Taking account of public & bank holidays, this new feature will allow a holiday rate multiplier to be set when agreements are newly submitted or edited. This means that extra pay can be automatically calculated and arranged far in advance of when required.
